The vision of Live Edge Lumber Co. was first ignited in Tallahassee, Florida by woodworker Michael Sarron. In June of 2000, while assisting a friend, Gei Nam Lim a woodworker and art enthusiast from Singapore, Michael’s new found hobby grew into an immense appreciation for the beauty and identity of hardwoods and  furniture making.  The concept of salvaging lumber from fallen trees in Southern Florida after immense summer storms gave flight to the vision. With an abundance of trees in need of rescue a business was born in an effort to give new life to what nature had destroyed.​At Live Edge Lumber Co., we are dedicated to offering a diverse range of affordable products, from furniture to abstract art to commercial installations.
